Perfect location, very efficient staff, beds were lovely. Hotel was tidy. We loved a pleasant restaurant. Easy check-in was a bonus. Besides, the parking was outside.

Booked it for 3 days and had a fairly nice experience. There was plenty of incredible meals. There also was convenient parking and amazing pool. Complimentary drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room was air-conditioned and functional, the bed was comfortable. Good service here. Pool bar was cosy and reasonably priced.

Handy location, I liked sweet staff and great rooms. Perfect view of city. The breakfast was great and had plenty of food. It was a restful experience in an exceptionally good hotel.

Unbeatable location, big size property, great beds. They made my stay perfect. Plenty of delightful food, I loved it. A tidy beach, splendid view. I used shuttle service provided by the hotel too. There were strong internet and free parking available.

Came in Playa de las Americas to relax and have fun, this hotel was enjoyable base for doing it. Poolside bar was exquisite. Appreciated it.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
